I added a Q&A about error 14003 that I had trouble figuring out. It may help someone someday.

@m-strzelczyk @jamesstringerparsec This info here was golden! I loggend into the server via RDP, exited the connection and tried to connect to the server via Parsec. Then this error occured. Strzelczyk info is correct and restarting the machine worked! Would be great if this gets integrated into the docs!

This shouldn't happen anymore due to Parsec handling RDP well in the latest update.
