Updated URL for Parsec Service Manager executable to prevent 404 #22

Fix for issue #21:

The file structure in the Parsec-Service-Manager repository changed in commit 5e0255c, with the ParsecServiceManager.exe executable being renamed and placed in a different directory.

The raw GitHub download link to said executable has been updated in this post-install script to the following to prevent a 404 error and failure to save it to the desktop.

Thanks for your help, it actually requires a link to launcher.exe in the same repo however. I updated the URL but thanks for the motivation :)
