Add toggle for world labels #19

There should be a way to hide some of the UI for screenshots, or maybe just browsing a parsegraph, or even to gain performance.

Analysis

I think world labels are the main impediment, and perhaps also the user caret itself. Definitely the caret-relative UX should be hidden. I think the specific elements should be shown/hidden together as a single view toggle.

I am closing this because 'b' is the toggle for world labels. I am opening a separate ticket for toggling the UI altogether.
