Feat/collection changes #28

Added requirements.txt and fixed issues I've found with downloading from collections.

These changes are on top of the @Kickskii 's changes, I've found his changes to be helpful so I wanted to contribute.

Eline sağlık. Ben çalıştırırken açtığı sekmeleri kapatmıyor ve şu an indirdiğim koleksiyonda +300 mod var. 300'e yakın sekme sürekli açık kalmak zorunda. Bunu ekleyebilirim aslında, ne düşünüyorsun?

@aydinaadnanevrim Mesajın için teşekkürler. Proje açık kaynak ama sahibi PR'lara bakmıyor, o yüzden istediğini ekleyebilirsin. Chrome son güncellemelerle inaktif pencereleri kapatmaya başladı, o yüzden 300 sekme bilgisayar performansına pek etki etmeyecektir. Uyku sürelerini epey kıstığımdan script çalışırken benim bilgisayarımda CPU kullanımı %10 civarında seyrediyor, bu ayarı değiştirmen performansı daha çok etkileyecektir.

Thanks for contributing; I incorporated some of the ideas from the original PR (e.g., releasing the EXE on GitHub directly). I'm closing this in lieu of the new release.
