Describe the issue Text highlighting and input is broken when scrolling.

To Reproduce (optional) Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have enough input and the window is small enough that you need to scroll.
  2. Scroll down and click somewhere.
  3. Scroll up and try to highlight and input text
