New property to change default advi sample size #3

I changed the alphabetical order of the variable. Also I was playing with minibatches and I was getting very poor results in terms of performance on my test data so I wanted to play with how many samples I was doing. I wanted to modify this variable which was hardcoded. A PyMC3 dev also suggested that I was doing too much samples by default. Relevant discourse thread
