Added Go SCP to the "Similar resources" section. It's a guide to help out developers on the best coding practices regarding security.

Thanks a lot. Sorry about the delay, I switched jobs and moved countries. I will add this.

Will be adding a separate issue to add notes and editor integrations with https://github.com/golangci/golangci-lint and running gosec as part of that.
