Manually deployments are sadface. Configure the application to deploy with keter.

[x] Modify application to get Postgres connection string from environment variables
[x] Setup config/keter.yaml as appropriate
[x] Setup keter on the server
[ ] Do a successful deployment
[ ] Write a deploy script
