RRate data can now be saved and uploaded to REDCap by:
Checking the REDCap checkbox in the settings;
Performing rrate measurements and saving the data when prompted;
Filling out the necessary fields in the REDCap settings page and tapping the Upload button.
UI changes:
Added a fourth page to settings to select if saving for upload to REDCap should be enabled, along with fields for host, URL, token, form, and event, and an upload button when there exists rrates recorded.
Added a third stage in the main workflow to save measured rrate along with a record number (e.g. study ID, PSN, etc.); main workflow is unchanged when REDCap upload checkbox in settings is unchecked.
@nonphatic - you should have write access to this repository already. @ddunsmuir I'd suggest using the "squash and merge" option in the "merge pull request" button.
