How-to build standalone library #2

Please add some (minimal) documentation to the Wiki. For a start, instructions of how to build a JAR (and ideally also an AAR) of the ShareVitalSigns library from a clone of the repository in Android Studio. - At some point this code might also need to be updated to build with Gradle?

In the past, I hacked the sharevitalsigns.jar by hand, starting from an older version, whereby I replace the class files in the zip container! - This is certainly is not the way to do, but I can't get Android Studio to do it. Thanks!

This is on my list to do. Not before Feb as on family vacation!

Best
