Embed Kokkos profiling tools #1180

Shall we ship a/some of the profiling tools with Parthenon (I'm particularly thinking of the space-time-spack) so that they can be activated using a command line switch?

I saw this yesterday being done for the Idefix code and could imagine this being useful for users/developers starting with the code base.

I think this would be useful! From experience, teaching people how to do this has been a pain point.
