Initially we should at least have double line breaks define paragraphs, for which we don't need to have a formatting toolbar.
Eventually I imagine people will want things like bold and italic formatting, linking pieces of text, etc. Question, to me, is when should we add these as it might open a can of implementation worms
Not so much a formatting issue but I have suggested a ‘summary’ field in mockups. This is the field shown in the proposal listings and in bold at the top of the proposal.
This will have several iterations, I imagine.
