Update Observable with fresh data #1068

Would love to be able to show updated versions of the maps and language chart for the conference (June 1st).

For all of the below - if possible could you create duplicates of these before updating the data so we can see a comparison from the old data to now? or if its easier just to update them with new data thats fine.

check to see if Observable can use our API for live data.

@jesicarson do we have our own Observable account? These are on Alanna's account. We can fork them if we have our own account.

Alanna created an account with the admin@participedia gmail account and forked all of the notebooks.
