Spam - Potential Actions #1119

  1. Implement more complex image captcha as a first step
  2. Investigate existing spam: Look into whether they are using bots, or we were being hacked and spammers are inserting data directly into the DB.
  3. Make all new entries require approval by an admin before they are published live (would need to get the OK from EXCO for this step)
