Translation Improvement

Our translation cost is unnecessary high due to the blob images.

Remove the blobs from being translated. We should be able to detect based64 or some kind of encoding.

Tracking

We would like to know how much of our users are editing the auto-translated text.

When a user start an edit, track if the user's current language is different than the original language to Google Analytics
When the user use the dropdown to change language on EDIT.
