Homepage - Functions missing #362

[x] download results: icon beside grid/list view icons
[x] bookmark: icon below bottom right corner of thumbnail image
[ ] translate: TBD - possibly icon beside bookmark icon?
[ ] On list view: add body text to results and fix rule line spacing issues (https://github.com/participedia/frontend/issues/360).

Just an fyi, download icon was added in the PR #303, waiting for it to be merged.

Where would we place the bookmark icon on the list view?

@andreadelrio Try aligned with the top of text/ image and right edge of the rule line (https://redpen.io/hvbccad28a1d9bc8ea)

Also, if someone tries to bookmark something and they're not logged in, they should be prompted to login. Same as clicking quick submit if not logged in.
