Build/create an easy way to create endnotes.
Tool needs to:
1 - allow users to easily navigate between the in-text citation and the endnote (eg. in Wikipedia, you can click on the in-text citation "#" to go to the corresponding endnote "#" and vice-versa)
2 - show endnote when mouse is hovered over in-text citation "#" Eg.
3 - ideal but not imperative automate re-numbering of all subsequent endnotes when new citations are added mid-narrative (ie. if I insert a new footnote in-between notes 9 & 10, it should automatically become 10 and all other footnotes after it should increase by 1).
