Mark entries as featured PLUS edit order in which they are featured on the homepage.

@plscully did we decide whether we wanted to just feature cases on the homepage? On the current site, we have a separate section where we feature (one) organisation (right side-bar on homepage)

Would be nice to feature methods and orgs as well I think.
