Case Form - New field: "General Types of Tools/Techniques" #819

This new field will be the second question under the "Process" section.

@dethe can I use the current methods entries to map these values? For example, if someone entered 'Civic Lottery' in the Methods field on .net, it would map to 'Recruit or select participants' in the General Tools/Techniques field on XYZ. I'd also need to use the .net Methods field value to map the General Types of Methods field on XYZ. So if, under Civic Lottery, the user entered 'Citizens' Assembly' in the Methods field on .net, it would map to 'Deliberative and dialogic process' in the General Methods field on XYZ.

As long as there is a fixed mapping from one to another it should be do-able.
