match line weight to underline of download icon and decrease size.

@dethe this has been bugging amber for a while now :P
Here's a mockup and eps files (bookmark open / bookmark closed) for the new bookmark design: home-bookmark design-june 12 2018

update - in addition to the smaller size, Amber wants grey bookmarks. used #757575 in illustrator, but need to confirm colour spec based on what we're actually using on xyz now, ie for the login button. tbc. screen shot 2018-06-25 at 10 03 49 am
