Add "No Geographical Limits (e.g. online environment where anyone from any place can take part)"

Final ordering:

  1. Organization (e.g. a local business or cooperative using participatory methods to manage and govern itself)
  2. Neighbourhood
  3. City/Town
  4. Metropolitan Area
  5. Regional (e.g. State, Province, Autonomous Region)
  6. National
  7. Multinational
  8. No Geographical Limits (e.g. online environment where anyone from any place can take part)
