@dethe still much work to do on this, including the static page accessible via the hamburger, but this is a start for you to work with for the form itself, if by chance you get to this this week :)

Shown below is the Form Values Text field that is revealed when "Edit values" button is clicked. Another option is that we could just reveal all values in fields automatically (no button needed).
