Clicking Outside Text Editor Transports to Top of Field #886

When I'm editing an entry, I often accidentally click just outside the text entry box which (annoyingly) transports me to the top of the field. Is this something we can fix for the new text box (with the scrolling bar)? Ideally, clicking outside any of the fields wouldn't move the page up or down.
