Make files display on reader view #896

For any data question involving form upload, display in the sidebar as the label "Files uploaded" and the value "Yes", and hyperlink "Yes" to jump to the bottom of the narrative, where the header "Files" will display as a list (header will only show if files are attached). Each file will display the attribution first (hyperlinked to the file, which will open if the link is clicked), followed by a period, followed by the Title/Description for that file as text, followed by a period. @scottofletcher is "Files uploaded" and "Yes" and "Files" the right text to use here? @dethe does this make sense or would you like a mockup? Thanks!

Looks good! Could we use the same 'Files' heading for Final Reports? That way the "Yes" values of both "Files uploaded" and "Final report" would link to the same heading and the narrative wouldn't be so long. Also wondering if the display should hyperlink the Title/Description rather than the attribution. Or just the whole thing. And will there be a little icon beside it indicating what file format it's in? Like a little PDF/Acrobat icon like we have on .net:

FYI chatted with Dethe, and he doesn't think we need to link the data sidebar to the bottom of the narrative - simply listing the attached files below the narrative should be sufficient.

And, sure, all file uploads can be listed there, including evaluation reports.
