Design Needed for Admin Options on Forms and Pages

Here are some I hadn't yet thought of, but came up as I was making this list. @dethe @scottofletcher Are we planning to/ should we allow admins to edit/translate the following?

Ok, thanks. I'm working on a simple design for an "admin options" drop down button that we can place on all these things, which will bring up the side by side edit/translate screen.

Admin Options, FORM (drop down) Covers:

• Edit Submission Details on forms #781

• Translate permanent text on forms #680

Admin Options, READER (drop down) Covers:

• Edit permanent text on articles (cases, methods, tools/techniques, orgs, news) *same as FORM #866
• Translate permanent text on articles: would direct user to a form page where the static text from that article type will be listed as editable form fields, with an publish button to save.
• Translate user-entered text on articles: would direct user to a form page where the static text from that article type will be listed as editable form fields, with an option to view original language toggle and an publish button to save.

Admin Options, HOME (drop down) Covers

• Edit permanent text on home page: User would be directed to a form page with static text listed in editable form fields, with a publish button to save.
• Translate permanent text on home page: User would be directed to a form page with static text listed in editable form fields, with an option to view original language toggle, with a publish button to save.

Admin Options, PROFILE (drop down) Covers:

• Edit permanent text on any user profile: Would turn static text on any profile page into editable fields and a publish button would have to appear to save. *Mockup needed for publish button
• Translate permanent text on any user profile: Would direct user to a form with all static text as editable fields, with an option to view original language toggle and publish button to save.
• Edit user-entered text on any user profile / edit that user's profile, contact info, password: Would direct admin user to that user's edit profile form, with publish button to save.
• Translate user-entered text on any user profile: Would direct admin user to form with all user entered text that makes sense to translate (ie: Bio) as editable form fields, with option to view original language toggle and publish button to save.
