The users name is Beverley Adonis, but they never updated their profile from their number-based email address.

I was able to reassign authorship on another entry without any issues, so it appears it is only this case/user that is affected - or perhaps all users with numbers instead of a name? not sure.

@paninee I got it to work by using their full email address, not just the clipped "name" in the edit form. so nevermind, this is fine. closing
