Sorry about the spam, I am part of an open source project considering Usersnap and find your usage very interesting! I was curious to try your widget but probably shouldn't have used the real live instance. Thanks for the work that you do!

I love usersnap, but it's unfortunately become prohibitively expensive, and we'll be discontinuing our use of it at the end of this year. They increased their prices by quite a bit recently.

Oh no, that's too bad! I haven't even gotten to the point of looking at cost yet. Thanks for the heads-up and I hope you find a great alternative!
