Lost my particl / no access #26

I sendet my particl (2303.937part) to my copay adress. They never arrived. But I found them on insight. I don't know how I can cleim it from there to my copay wallet?! Need help thanks 🍀 IMG_20190528_230242

Hi, Could you try going to the Wallet Preferences -> Addresses and click the Scan addresses for funds?

Also under the addresses screen do you see the address you sent the coins to?

Thanks for the fast reply.

I found 2 sending address from my particl Core Wallet. They are match the reseving address. The smole amount was going hrough but the big bag not My wallet is in arrears with the connection to the network for 1 year and 28 weeks. I was sending my part to my copy, at 11.11.2018.

Scan addresses for funds. I tryed on my copay too.
