Particl copay lose btc #34

Hello, I made transaction btc on my wallet (particl) . In Blockchain all transactions were confirmed but btc has not come

Hi @Sanatone, is this inside the Particl Copay app?

Hi @rynomster, The transfer was made from a third-party exchange to my wallet Particl Copay. In the blockchain network, the transaction is completed, it also shows that the funds came to the wallet and are there. But the transfer is not displayed in the app and there are no funds in fact

Could you please check which bws server the wallet is pointing to?

Hi the settings button on the top right, then go to Wallet service URL.

Are you on Discord or riot?

Halloo. I think I lost my 2 deposit . The particle is confirming on blackchien and am not seeing any money in my back office.i reed some comments but still not helping.i need my money

Did you sent it to your Copay app? I'm not sure what "back office" you are referring to?

Those seem to be Bitcoin transactions and not Particl transactions?

That's what really happened when you send money with particle it go to the blackchien to be canform. I last my money and no one can't say anything what is happening.
