[Web IDE] Save button in Chrome browser on Windows grayed out #14

Since V2.0 I can't save my changes in Build without also building since the 📁 button is alwayse grayed out.

Tested on most recent Chrome browser on Win 8.1Pro 64bit & Win 10Pro 64bit
