[Web IDE] Chrome on Windows can't load libraries #20

It's a bit of a pain, but with most non-trivial libraries I only get an eternal Loading ... message but it never loads. I can go to incognito mode or clear the cache to gave it work once or twice, but then the trouble just comes back. Others report similar problems.

Windows 8.1/10 Pro 64bit Chrome v56.x
