Occasionally when using the Particle Web IDE, the the "Search" field persists even when the same screen space should be used for messages from a compile or flash step. This seems to be independent of the browser being used. I have trouble reproducing the problem. However, typing "command/f" (on a Mac) without entering any search argument can cause it. But that is not the only way it happens. To be able to see a compile error message I have had to close the browser tab and open it again to get rid of the Search line.
