To reproduce:
1.) Setup a E-series device, including taking ownership of the device.
2.) Shut down Chrome or Safari browser (this is an important step)
3.) Reopen chrome, navigate to the Particle.io web site, SIM tab for the specific product, type in the SIM.
(for example, SIM 8934075300000182523).
4.) From the Sim list (there should only be 1), click on the "device" icon (not the SIM) for that device, .... which navigates to the specific Device tab for that SIM. Owner is missing.
5.) Refresh that page, Owner is still missing.
6.) Exit that device tab, select the Product from the product list, and then open that same device from the Device List
