[Web IDE] Code from one file leaks into other #58

It often happens when you add a new set for .h/.cpp files to your project and then copy/paste some code into one of the two, that same code ends up in it's partner file too. That's rather confusing.

This one is reproduceable (as opposed to the tab duplication bug). We should be able to fix that.
