Fix RGB LED footprint #42

As long as we're tweaking things, let's go ahead and fix the RGB LED footprint so that it's oriented correctly. Also, @satishgn, rather than marking the origin corner with a "1", can we mark it with a triangular shape like is on the tDoc layer (and the top of the LED)?

Updated the RGB LED Silkscreen (both the tDoc and tPlace layers).

I was unable to get the spec sheet for the RGB LED used on the Spark Core, and the one in the repo is 0kB.

I ended up using this one for my v0.2 board: http://www.digikey.com/product-search/en?pv7=2&k=CLV1AFKB

From the datasheet this is the pinout, oriented how it is on the Core: Pinout

Looks like a match to Core v0.2: Core v0.2

But not the Core v0.23: Core v0.2

Since I don't have your WLRGB3528C datasheet I can't check, but it seems strange that they would make it completely opposite from the one I used.
