Re-implement WIFI-CS/WIFI-EN fix for buffer #47

Because git can't really handle EAGLE files, we lost the fix for mapping the buffer to the correct pin on the Wi-Fi module (the v0.2.5 change). Let's re-implement this on the 'rf-match' branch.
