Reduce size of 8Mhz crystal #9

We're looking to save some space on the Core, so let's find a 8Mhz crystal with a smaller footprint than the one we're currently using.

Right now we're using a 5mm x 3mm footprint, it looks like the next step down (and possibly the only step down) is a 3mm x 2.5mm (3225) footprint:

Whoops, turns out the footprint for that DigiKey one isn't quite right. It should be a 4-pad footprint. See this: http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/ABM8-26.000MHZ-10-1-U-T/300-8230-2-ND/687841

It doesn't seem that DigiKey has a 3225 8Mhz crystal, but they are all over Taobao, so they will be available in China for manufacturing
