Need to add orientation indicators to the silkscreen layer for manufacturing #17

Schottky diode, 0603 LEDs, tantalum capacitor all need orientation indicators.

Added orientation indicator for the tantalum capacitor (directly on bPlace layer). Schottky diode & 0603 LEDs already had the indicators on tPlace layer.
