Description

Support Protected Devices while running particle keys xxx commands

How to Test

Run particle keys xxx commands on

Open Devices any version
Protected Devices (latest develop-6.x branch because develop-6x has the latest fixes that need to work with Protected Devices in dfu mode)

Folks, pending unit tests and e2e tests for this. I would prefer to add those in another PR if that's OK to prevent additional delays. Please let me know if anyone disagrees.
