Description

Updates installation instructions to include @particle/device-constants in the wake of https://github.com/particle-iot/particle-usb/pull/46

How to Test

  1. Review the updated docs
  2. Run thru the specified steps using an external Node.js app

Outcome

Dependencies install successfully, your test app works 👍
