Power Shield: Explain color codes for charge status LED #43

The docs don't tell anything about the color codes of the charge status LED. This could be fixed, but it might even be possible to add such info on the bottom silk screen.

Blue while charging and then turning RED can get people worried (did me ;-) )

Consider swapping all red LEDs on the board for green ones and maybe have them all a bit dimmer and maybe even datachable (for power saving ;-) )
