orderbook disappears after some time #2

Describe the bug

Directly after logging in, an orderbook is visible for pairs that are selected. But after 2-4 minutes, the orders in the orderbook all disappear.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Log in
  2. Go to Exchange tab
  3. Select a pair with orders (CHIPS/KMD)
  4. See that orders appear, but disappear after a while ( <5 min )

Noticed that when I do a trade, that the orderbook reappears when a trade has finished, but then disappears again after a short time.

This issue is not related to HyperDEX GUI, but to the underlying mm2.0. Leaving it open for now for when the underlying issue is fixed
