The integration of new Nexar API by Altium #1261

We have been using PartKeepr for quite some time now and we are really pleased with it. As we know recently, the OctoPart API is shifted to the Nexar API and I have been trying to change the API settings myself. I am failing to do. Can someone please guide me on what changes need to be made so that the Nexar API is configured correctly?

Regarding this, I just setup a new Nexar account as I've never used Octopart before and in doing so, I created an app, got a client ID, Key, and a Token. I'm not 100% certain, but I would wildly guess that the token is the information I need to insert into the parameters.php file. I've done this, but until I ran the partkeepr setup.php again, it threw a notification that it wasn't setup correctly.

Subsequently, even though there's a window that opens to search Octopart, when I enter text and press enter to search for something like esp8266 it yields a quick "loading" and then no results...so I don't even know what it's supposed to look like at this point. Either way, it appears to not be functional on my end.

Also just started using partkeepr and would love to get this working. I don't think it's going to be as easy as just changing the api URL.
