Pear install #192

While doing a clean install, I got the following warnings...

'# pear install phing/phing WARNING: "pear/PhpDocumentor" is deprecated in favor of "channel://pear.phpdoc.org/phpdocumentor" WARNING: "pear/PEAR_PackageFileManager" is deprecated in favor of "pear/PEAR_PackageFileManager2"

I've no idea if there are any implications to updating each of these. If not, the dev-install doc should be updated to show the new versions.

Those two have nothing to do with PartKeepr, thus there's no reason to mention them in the dev docs.
