List of manufacturers acts oddly in component add dialog

I've just installed Partkeepr, and have been adding components. I've run into an issue where manufactures are sometimes in the dropdown list in the add component dialog and other times not. Unfortunately, I've not been able to do anything consistently where I can say "Do this and this happens".

If I disconnect and reconnect, I get the full list. It may be that after I add a manufacturer that the remainder are no longer available.

The version is the 0.1.6.1 release package.

The manufacturer refresh is time-triggered. The manufacturers are currently updated every 100 seconds. This issue is a duplicate of issue #96
