Display all parts which are inside a specific storage location

A new filter panel was added today which supports filtering by storage location now.

The location part filter panel is empty, even when there are parts in that location.

Clicking on the Name or Qty headers, causes a refresh, but no parts are listed.

This can be seen in the partkeepr.org demo version and several installs at Xinchejian (GIT dev version & 1.7).
