What I personally want is a "Tip of the day" window. PartKeepr is designed with usability in mind, but some things aren't obvious in terms of web applications. For example, we sometimes use the context menu.
What needs to be done:
A nice "Tip of the day" window, including "don't show any more tips".
The window information should come out of a central repository, maybe a wiki? We also need to store the relevancy of tips somewhere, i.e. most important tips come first (like the one with the context menu)
Users should be able to turn the tips on again (related to issue #79)
Important tips:
You can right-click on some items to reveal functionality, e.g. categories on parts and footprints
If you have too many open tabs, you can use the context menu to close all tabs at once.
