Hello, each video corresponds to two XML files, how to use XML? In addition, video sampling frequency and finger pulse sampling frequency are inconsistent, how to synchronize?

the finger pulse xml (cms50) has three values. value0 is the frame count. value1 the device's computed heart rate and value2 the waveform e.q. ppg amplitude value. resample it to a common sample rate.
