Multiple wedge/dash stereocenters in rings #160

Given a Correct structure with two wedge/dash locations on a ring If any combination of wedge or dash is answered in Compare Then false corrects occur

@ariccillospark, thanks for the feedback. Some cases may be fixed now as discussed on issue #159. However, other cases can not be reproduced at my own environment. Could you please provide some source files here? Thanks again.
