Feature request: CreditCardFieldFormatter attributes #8

Requesting the card number attribute from https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2015/06/checkout-faster-with-autofill be added to the credit card field - namely "autocomplete="cc-number"

Fixed in 2.0.0.beta1. Re-open if not working as expected.
